Operations and suppliers identified as having significant risk for incidents of child labor
Our Integrated Management System is binding throughout the company and based on the provisions of the SA 8000 social accountability standard. This standard is based on the conventions of the International Labor Organization (ILO), the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the UN Convention on Children’s Rights. Humane working conditions, decent employment and due consideration for the social aspects of employment are the foundation for how we act at every location. Violations of children’s rights are not tolerated. We also require our suppliers to uphold basic human rights and to avoid all forms of child labor. There were no business locations or suppliers with a significant risk of child labor in the year under review.
